I am Aubry Dodge, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst

With over twenty years of experience, I am passionate about supporting neurodivergent individuals and those with disabilities in overcoming barriers and fostering meaningful communication. Since 2001, I have specialized in applying evidence-based strategies to create lasting, positive changes. My work combining Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) focuses on promoting self-advocacy, increasing autonomy, and providing personalized consultation to empower individuals to live fulfilling lives. With compassion and expertise, I am dedicated to helping each person reach their fullest potential.

Empowering Neurodivergent Voices

At Kaleidoscope Behavioral Services, LLC, we believe that every neurodivergent voice deserves to be heard, respected, and empowered. Our mission is to eliminate barriers and foster self-advocacy through personalized, evidence-based strategies that recognize each individual’s strengths, autonomy, and goals.
From the very start, our services have been intentionally shaped by paid consultations with autistic adults, ensuring that lived experience guides our work. That commitment continues today—ongoing collaboration with participants remains central to our approach. By listening, learning, and working together, we aim to create pathways for neurodivergent individuals to thrive, lead, and live fully in all areas of their lives.

I just wanted to take a very quick second to share with you how much I absolutely loved the PD (Professional Development) workshop with Aubry Dodge! I took away so many tidbits of information, ideas, and strategies. She provided insights that will create a perspective shift moving forward. I know the rest of the SEQ feels the same. She was truly outstanding. Thank you for having her speak to us!

Unsolicited feedback from a school staff member to the director of Special Education after a presentation at her school.

I saw a 3-year old autistic child this morning who it seems struggled when she was here earlier this spring and would not open for an exam. I used some of your techniques, Aubry, and she did great!! …Tried to introduce the explorer, modified when she resisted, and then stopped before it pushed her over. And while last time they could not do fluoride varnish; she let us today!

Thank you, Aubry!! 😁

Aubry attended an IEP for our son recently and it was one of the best IEP meetings we have had to date. She was "on point" in all areas and brought some great ideas to the table! It was very evident that she knows her stuff. We would welcome her back at any and all IEP meetings moving forward. Thank you for making a sometimes "uncomfortable" meeting a productive one.
